Tools for transformative living
Hello, curious person
If you found your way here, you’re probably the kicking-goals-in-life type, who wants to be sure you don’t leave your spirit behind.
That means it’s time to settle in, grab a cuppa, and take a look at how forging a meditation habit will help you cultivate the perspective, discipline and creativity you need for more influence, impact and joy.
POWER ON THE OUTSIDE
PEACE ON THE INSIDE
And a more potent expression of you
meditation
It’s the must-have skill for consistent evolution
When you’re thinking about where you are now, and where you want to arrive — mentally, emotionally, in your business, in your relationships — if you plan to do it without meditation, you’re planning to keep doing it the hard way.
Meditation is the glue that holds your serenity in place when all the demands pile up. It gives you the capacity to live a joyful life while creating potent impact in your patch of the world, simply by making more of the resources already at your fingertips. Just like magic.
“I can honestly say this course is one of the best investments I have ever made. I couldn’t be happier with how this has positively influenced my life.”
Charlotte Berger
A CFO put me up to this
Yes, the numbers guy. He told his people to meditate because he’s a wise one, and he knew that to get the most from them continuously, they first needed to have abundant resources to give. He also knew that meditation = expansive thinking, and expansive thinking = ka-ching.
But that’s not why you should do it.
When I’m asked the single most significant reason I meditate, I say: perspective. And with greater perspective comes a greater capacity to
discern, attune, problem-solve, create, and compel.
You can also loosen up a bit.
That go-get-em energy, that let’s-take-a-moment energy, and that here’s-an-idea energy, all come from the same place — the place you access when you transcend your thoughts. Then, you get to effortlessly deploy the most potent version of you, in any situation.
That’s power.
More courage, more genius, more composure.
That’s why.
Here’s the thing
Whenever you’re growing, you’ve got big choices to make and big demands to meet. You need to be perfectly calibrated to thrive in the go-times, and for that, you need slow time.
Just a bit.
But you need it every day.
No matter what.
The sages have been telling us for centuries, and science just won’t quit proving it.
This method of meditation is for independent people exactly like you, who want a self-sufficient and flexible tool that integrates seamlessly into an already brimming life. A consistent way to transcend the hubbub, and sink into the deep seat of being-the-change, and knowing what to do next.
Consistent.
That bit’s important.
Hint:
it’s right for pretty much everyone
be that change
The process is simple
Step 1
Start with the need-to-knows
The Intro Talk is your extremely free exploration of everything you need to know about this incredible technique, to understand if it’s right for you.
No cost, no obligation, no logistical hassle. Settle into the comfort of your own home, or the comfort of your own noise cancelling headphones, wherever your agenda takes you.
And then, prepare to have your questions answered.
Why does it seem like we need this all of a sudden?
What exactly happens during a meditation?
Can’t I just exercise instead?
Can I really fit this into my life? Like, really really?
Will I fit in if I don’t like crystals and tempeh?
Can I just invest in myself like this?
Can I trust myself to actually do it?
Will it work?
Only one way to find out. Good thing you’re the curious sort.
Step 2
Master meditation
Join the Master Meditation course to learn this simple but life-changing thing that anyone can do. You’ll give yourself the most flexible practice for mental and physical health, and integrate it into your daily life with the ease and adaptability required to meet your lofty goals and hefty responsibilities.
You’ll be joined by dedicated people just like you, who want to live up to their awesome potential, feel better while doing it, and be an example of we-got-this energy to all those who depend on them.
And once you’re done, you’ve got a skill for life that will profoundly influence the way you spot opportunities, make choices, interact with others, define your direction and create your future self.
Step 3
Take the plunge
That’s right, you’ll plunge, deep into the boundless consciousness locked inside of you. And you’ll just keep plunging, into Meeting Room 3, or the window seat on the bus, or your well-worn corner of the couch, for your daily visit to the refuge you now carry in your figurative pocket.
Then you plunge straight back into the hellfire that is your inbox or your nightly armageddon at home, marvelling at your newfound poise in the face of the inevitable curveballs that any exciting life sends hurtling in.
Plunging in, plunging out, on repeat. Anchored in your soul, with energy in your tank.
The wise ones say, there’s no time like the present.
You’ve got doubts
Of course you do. Meditation attracts a lot of hype, but can it live up to it? And besides, free stuff like an intro talk is so rarely worth your time.
But, I’ll promise you now, as a fellow full-to-the-brim-life-doer, that I will value your time as if it were my own. That’s just one of the reasons I’ve made the Intro Talk an online-only experience, and designed it with a lot of intention, to pack a punch and ensure that you get value back for every minute that you spend with me. In this case, that value is going to come in the form of insight. Into yourself, into the people around you, and into your future.
So, if you think meditation is a fabulous idea, but can never work for you, let’s not leave that assumption untested. I live for questions to answer and problems to solve. Go on, let me live a little.
by now you’re probably wondering
Who’s talking here?
I’m Anna.
A firm believer that we design ourselves with every choice, and that curiosity made the cat. I stumbled into this meditation gig, then I grabbed it with both hands, because the effects I experienced surprised me, and surprises are worth getting to know.
I decided that my time was best spent making sure that my friends, family and everyone else had access to the thing that was offering me such consistent evolution. And so, of course, that’s what I do now. Along with researching human fulfilment, spending time with my husband, parenting, friending, daughtering, eating sensational things, watching joyful things and reading wise things.
I can’t wait to talk to you about all of it.
