Yes, the numbers guy. He told his people to meditate because he’s a wise one, and he knew that to get the most from them continuously, they first needed to have abundant resources to give. He also knew that meditation = expansive thinking, and expansive thinking = ka-ching

You’ve got doubts

Of course you do. Meditation attracts a lot of hype, but can it live up to it? And besides, free stuff like an intro talk is so rarely worth your time. 

But, I’ll promise you now, as a fellow full-to-the-brim-life-doer, that I will value your time as if it were my own. That’s just one of the reasons I’ve made the Intro Talk an online-only experience, and designed it with a lot of intention, to pack a punch and ensure that you get value back for every minute that you spend with me. In this case, that value is going to come in the form of insight. Into yourself, into the people around you, and into your future.

Who’s talking here?

I’m Anna.

A firm believer that we design ourselves with every choice, and that curiosity made the cat. I stumbled into this meditation gig, then I grabbed it with both hands, because the effects I experienced surprised me, and surprises are worth getting to know.

I decided that my time was best spent making sure that my friends, family and everyone else had access to the thing that was offering me such consistent evolution. And so, of course, that’s what I do now. Along with researching human fulfilment, spending time with my husband, parenting, friending, daughtering, eating sensational things, watching joyful things and reading wise things.
